After the update, everytime i enter play mode the screen freezes and after a few seconds my game force stops, it also happens when i open my colloction and friends list. My device is HTC desiee eye. The game worked just fine before the update, is anyone else having the same problem? I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, cleared cache, etc. Nothing works

Yes it’s still happening everytime i enter play mode, it tells me that hearthstone is not responding and wether i want to close it or wait, and if i choose to wait nothing changes, it stays frozen

What version of Android do you have installed? Can you check for any system updates, and retest afterwards?

Android 6.0.1 it’s the latest update for my phone’s system. It worked perfectly before the latest hearthstone update. Something’s wrong on the developer’s end, and i’d appreciate it if it gets fixed ASAP.
