Since the patch update for Hearthstone that went live today, I cannot press play on anything… Not battlegrounds, not standard, not arena… I lost my arena run, it said hs:ct;netcachegoldbalance=0;netcacheclientoptions=0;netchachebattlegroundsheroskins=2
I have tried everything, deleting cache, uninstalling the game etc… It works on US server, but not on EU.

yes, i have the same issue.
Pressing battleground arena either crashes the game, or when you press “play” does nothing.

Issue still there, would appreciate an update on the situation guys, don’t want to be forced to quit the game because of a technical problem, sorry to be the annoying guy but this is not acceptable.
Does not work for me… Somebody on a forum told me it could be a card/dust that is not refunded, he had some issues with this the last time around and it was not fixed until the game was fully released
Having the same problem with EU but not US.
same here. when will this be fixed? has this issue been acknowledged in any way?
I am in the US and I am having the same issue for the past two days
having the same issue pls fix it asap !!
Nope, cannot see that anyone is talking about it
ridiculous. can’t play the game since yesterday and nobody has even confirmed whether they’re working on fixing it. nice communication blizzard
Can I ask, did you all buy that stupid bundle of skins few weeks ago that can’t be used? Some say this bug is bc of that.
