My game not loading correctly it shows only 3 buttons, and only 2 of them are clickable but any way do not starting game, also it started hardly lag, i already restarted pc started scan and repair and nothing, 3 hour ago i was playing perfectly and now it stopped work, there no new updates what to do? I found on forum that this problem already was Here

I have exactly the same problem… Only on Europe tho… huge lag in the main menu and some buttons are not clickable and some others dont even exist
Is there any solution???

There isn’t any known issue currently. If you’re still having the problem, please :

  1. uninstall the game
  2. delete the Hearthstone folder in %localappdata%\Blizzard
  3. reinstall the game
