So since Descent of Dragons dropped, my Computer which can play other, recent games in high quality, has been having a problem where it takes 10-20 seconds to recognise every input; so when it comes to games that I have a full board and enough damage to defeat my opponent, I actually can’t input all my attacks in the time limit, which I’m sure you can understand is very frustrating. A restart of Hearthstone fixes it temporarily, but having to reconnect to a game shouldn’t be required to play the game at the same speed as everyone else consistently.

If you’re using any deck tracking software, can you please remove it and retest. It’s possible they could be slowing the game down.
Also try out the steps here in this troubleshooting guide. You can also give Step 1 of this guide a try. I’ve had this work for myself before.
