Game stuck at loading screen for both PC and iOS(Ipad)

I’ve been trying to login for the past few days but to no avail. I will always get stuck on the loading screen with “Your game has timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone utility service.”

On the top right of the page, it says “HS:CT;NetCacheCardValues=1”
Previously, it was =2

Been trying out a few of the solutions provided such as deleting the registry but it’s been of no use. Would appreciate any assitance, thank you

This error normally means that there is a connection issue or timeout when connecting to the game servers. In most cases, trying a new connection or following the connection troubleshooting here will help with the issue.

Should that not help, please attempt the steps provided here, but only after the connection troubleshooting has been completed first.

If the problem still persists after both forms of troubleshooting have been completed, please contact our Technical Support Team.

Try the following:

  • Set your iPad’s DNS to public/free DNS.
    ** 208.67.222.222 OpenDNS
    ** 1.1.1.1 CloudFlare
  • Check your router settings for any IP filtering applications.
  • Connect/Disconnect VPN
