Game stuck on loading screen on PC

Hello I have been having trouble loading on the game from my PC since around showdown in badlands (one of the main reasons i haven’t bought anything with real money since then). only way to play the game is via mobile.

Things I have tried

Please, we advise you to follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that Hearthstone is closed on all platforms.
  2. Make sure your computer meets all of the listed system requirements.
  3. Make sure you have your Battle.net account set up including name, country of residence and a security question.
  4. Delete the Hearthstone option files.
  5. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialogue
  6. Type %LocalAppData% into the Run field and click OK
  7. Open the Blizzard folder. (If there is no Blizzard folder, ensure to show hidden files and folders.)
  8. Delete the Hearthstone folder.
  9. Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
  10. Configure your security software’s exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.

and

1. Make sure your game is up to date by selecting Check for Updates from the Options menu in the Battle.net desktop app.
2. Make sure you have the correct option selected from the Region / Account dropdown above the Play button on the Battle.net desktop app.
3. Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.
4. Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn’t become flooded with data.
5. If you’re using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue.
6. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
7. Release and renew your IP and flush your DNS to resolve any network conflicts.
8. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
9. Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.

The only thing that works is:

  1. Type %LocalAppData% into the Run field and click OK
  2. Open the Blizzard folder. (If there is no Blizzard folder, ensure to show hidden files and folders.)
  3. Delete the Hearthstone folder.
  4. in combination with resetting settings before logging in from the battlenet game option.

That will put me briefly in the “doors” loading screen where I am usually stuck and then proceed to saw me the video of the little girl in the storm finding the inn. I can skip this and play normally. Should I dare minimize the game or “window” mode it it is highly likely that the game will freeze and I will be back to square one.

I use amd software adrenalin edition to be sure my drivers are up to date and update windows almost daily hoping for a miracle.

I even run the game in compatibility mode and as an administrator

today I lost my patience and open a ticket
