Game wont start

I press play and it says the game is running then it just goes back to it saying play again without anything happening

Thanks for sending us the System files, with them I was able to see that you are actually having crashes related to some software overlays you have installed.
As such, I would advise that you make sure that you have the Discord overlay disabled on its settings and that you remove the Razer FPS overlay as we can see crash errors related to these overlays.
I would also recommend removing the Windows gamebar by following the steps on the link below:

Also a side note these issues have been happening in other blizzard games aswell and started happening after i bought the BlizzCon Virtual Ticket
not sure if bying the ticket changed anything but i though i should let you know of that

Thanks for that extra report, from our side we did not get any other reports of the online Blizzcon tickets causing these type of issues, so most likely the issues you are facing are still related to your previous performance issues you initially reported in the post.
Hopefully if you followed our latest steps these issues will improve. :slight_smile:

Closed Your game timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone utility service. Please relaunch Hearthstone to reconnect… that is on my game when i start Hearthstone… can u guys help me with this isue? :confused: Thanks

Try the steps I provided on this post and this should solve your issue.
You can also try to delete either the Battlenet cache folder and files while on PC, or just clear the cache on the phone app when on mobile as these steps usually assist with most loading and time out issues.

Hi! I followed all the steps and it is still not working. Re installed the game and the launcher 3 or 4 times. Yesterday it worked just fine.

If you’ve tried everything here already, I’d recommend testing out a new administrator account. If the issue persists, please get back to us with a copy of your system files via pastebin in a new thread.
