Hello, after I open my rank chest, I got a golden Preparation. Although this card effect was still saying “the next spell you cast costs 3 less” so, for some reason was the effect prior to the nerf. Then when I went to my collection, the Golden preparation is not there. I would like this to be looked, because I am losing 1600 dust… I have screen shots that proves it.

I had a look into this for you, but can assure you that nothing has been lost. You did not receive the golden Preparation card though, you instead received Far Sight, Vex Crow and Unbound Elemental (all three golden).
