Hello! I’ve got a problem.
After starting the Gruul the Dragonkiller fight in Trial by Felfire Challenges, the game remains in a loading loop, however after restarting the game I’ve noticed that it also remains in a reconnecting loop.
Need help because now I’m stuck in that reconnecting loop.
Same thing happened to me, uninstall and re-install fixed it.

We’re aware of a problem with this encounter can cause this.
If you’re currently stuck, leaving the game closed for about 30 minutes should then allow you to reconnect and continue playing.
The encounter has been disabled for now as we prepare a fix, updates over in this thread:
