Harvester of Envy not stealing opponents Denathrius

So I just came upon a potential bug regarding the new Priest legendary The Harvester of Envy. I also want to apologize if someone else already posted about this specific issue and i might have missed it.

How I understand Harvester of Souls, as long as its on board any card played that was copied from your opponent will put the original into your hand, as long as that original wasnt played yet.
In a game against a Druid, I copied their Sire Denathrius from their deck using Identity Theft. The game went along, I discounted Sire twice using Mysterious Visitor and ultimately played both the Harvester of Envy and Sire on the same turn. It did not however steal the original (which at that point was in my opponents hand losing me the game a couple of turns later).

I wonder now if this interaction is
(a) a bug.
(b) intended in the way that I can only steal a card copied from the deck for as long as its IN the opponents deck.
or (c) a unforeseen issue with infused cards being counted as a different card, since over the course of the game my copied Sire and my opponents were infused seperately and to differing amounts.
Note that the shadow swirl effect present around copied cards was still being shown around my copied Sire when I played Harvester of Envy.

Would love if anyone else also encountered this situation, maybe with other infuse cards? I will try and replicate it, maybe even getting a clip or screenshot.

My off-hand guess would be c.

Please report this interaction on the Bug Report forum, where QA staff who are looking for gameplay bug reports are more likely to see it. If you played with an add on that tracks the game, then add a link to the tracked game.

Im here for same reason. It’s not an infuse thing. I believe it’s the discount? I discounted a dawngrasp off my opponent, played it after harvester and didn’t work! What’s the use of discounting them if envy doesn’t work after??? Anyone else?

It’s not the discount, it may be your dawngrasp copied different spells than the opponent’s but then again it still should steal it, unforseen issue imo.
