Having issues with loading the game

So I’m trying to play Hearthstone and been wanting to go onto battlegrounds.
Since the newest update the game hasn’t allowed to me to load it and kept on a screen saying “Oops! Playful sprites have disrupted Hearthstone as it was connecting to our server. Please wait a few minutes for them to disperse and try again”

I’ve now waited for half a day, uninstalling, scanning and fixing, and getting nowhere I’ve tried everything so far and I even ran it as an administrator.

Any other fixes or issues to help?

yeah ive been getting the same thing, none of the things suggested worked for me either

Same issue here . did all the things that is displayed , still game aint loading

Same here, and for 3 days now. Would be nice to have an official statement of some kind, and a proper fix would be even more appreciated !

same here! 3 days now an nothing i do works! not even on my phone! im loving the new battle grounds an all but not been able to play is really sad!
