Hi. I play hearthstone since the beta, it’s one of my favourite games and i play it almost everyday. In the past year there is a bug with the mobile version that i can’t update the game on mobile data. I find it VERY outrageous that you can’t fix this little bug FOR ALMOST A YEAR. I’m really dissapointed in blizzard, not just because of this but all the other bugs you make during the launch of a new expansion. I always loved blizzard, i played every game you made and i’m really sad that you stopped caring about the people who play with your games. You only care about the money. I’m seriously considering to stop playing with hearthstone if you don’t change your attitude. I know now you say i’m just a player, there will be others, but i hope you gonna make some changes because this is not the blizzard it was.

This is not the appropriate forum to report a bug, should you wish to do so you may want to use this one instead.
That said, As far as I can tell you Hearthstone can be updated normally via mobile data - or at least most players, me included, seems to be able to do so - so the problem you are experiencing may be actually not due to a bug, but to something else.
If you are using an Android device for example, an issue with the Play Store cache can lead to problems in downloading and/or updating apps, including Hearthstone. This is normally easy to fix via the steps available here.
Please also make sure that you have no limitations set for mobile data on your device.
There’s no problem with play store, i can download from there. I talk about ingame update. HS asks me if i want to update from mobile data and when i press yes it just crashes. And i’m not the only one experiencing this bug there are a lot of other people i know. It’s just impossible to update the game from mobile data
