Hearthstone crash on start. This start with new expansion patch. I send few report on crash. I tried reinstall hearthstone and hard reset mobil. Not help at all. Before patch work fine. Model : Z00D. I hope you repair game and can play on mobil again. And you can be a little quicker to repair it is almost a month of being unplayable. Thank you.

I’m sorry to read about the crashes in Hearthstone since the new patch. At the moment there is a known issue affecting only the iPads/iOS though. So in your case I would first go through all the steps in this guide.
If the problem persists please try, if possible, to change the connection type and instead of the WiFi try with the cellular one.
Another solution would be to try the following:
- Reset your account password
- Login into Hearthstone from a PC or laptop
- Open all available packs if some are still to be opened
- Logout from the PC/Laptop and log back on the mobile device to test the game
