Hi I’m getting error 303 everytime i try to logg in on hearthstone, is there anything i can do to remove it?

Same problem here. I can log in on NA and Asian servers but not on the EU (where I am). Can’t log in on my PC neither on my phone, I get the same error : HS:NGRESULTDB ERROR:303:0 . I saw other older post about this issue, I tried the things they suggested us to do :

" 1. Delete the Hearthstone option files:

  1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialogue
  2. Type %LocalAppData% into the Run field and click OK
  3. Open the Blizzard folder.
  4. If there is no Blizzard folder, ensure to show hidden files and folders.
  5. Delete the Hearthstone folder.
  6. Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
  7. Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
  8. Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts."

None of this worked for me.
Uninstall and reinstall didn’t work.
Logged on a different administrator account (I had a problem similar to this one with another game (RDR2) where this solution worked). It didn’t work.
I’m kind of doubtful about any software conflict because it doesn’t work either on my phone. I’m not a specialist but it seems to me the issue comes from my account or the game for whatever reason.

When I try and log into HS on either my computer or my phone i get following message HS:NGRESULTDB ERROR:303:0 and something about gremlins spinning awaY!

seen this was a problem last year from google and was allegedly resolved, although clearly is a problem

I have checked and nothing wrong with my account

Thanks for the reports, seems there’s an issue affecting some accounts, this is under investigation. Unfortunately, there isn’t any workaround available at the moment. Thanks for your patience.

I have had this for the last 3 days… is there any timeline on a fix and why is it a reoccurring issue?

Same issue here, probably is some kind of an account issue i honestly dont know, been happening for few days, America works fine but Europe where i have everything i worked for is just unaccesible.

I haven’t logged in for a long time and I downloaded the game today, but I’m encountering this error. When I choose the server as us and asia, the game opens, but eu does not work either.

I found this issue after every update in hs, gayly gremlins etc. Hope, it will be fixed soon as possible.

6 days here now, why am I still waiting???

After a couple of days I could finally log in again yesterday. Now it’s back to the same old Error. So frustrating
