Hit rank 4 in standard, did not get my reward :(

Today for some reason I did NOT get my 7 rare cards, 4 packs and one epic card for my ladder climb in standard (hit rank 4) the one end of month. Anyone experienced that glitch before? I checked my card reward for march and I can see is in my collection, but did not see any animation to pop out with my card reward :<

Same here.
I just reached platinum 5, because I mostly played arena.
I recieved no monthly rewards at all, no cards, no packs, no gold, no dust

Same for me. And I got a information that I get rank Cenarius? But I was having Platinum 3.

Funny, I got the packs, I think i got the cards, just the notification was missing :slight_smile: Maybe some kind of April Fools joke :slight_smile:

Only the notification was missing for me too, but got the packs and the cards… Maybe try to restart the game and check guys. :\

Same. Went rank 8 diamond in wild. The reward screen showed a blank space where my rank was supposed to show. Had 4 packs but nothing else it seems…

I reached legend , it didnt showed me any rewards, as we usually get and also for some reason it showed me false rank( cenarion portrait) but i did got the 5 packs i had 0 current expansion so i did get them , but i am not sure for the random cards since they didnt show under new and i had already a lot to de
If i am to guess we all get rewards check again and they might change the road to legend journey this year and something messed up

Same. Wrong rank showed. only reward was 2 packs witch is wrong. No rare cards reward witch is also wrong. It was all messed up

I reached Diamond 5 in Standard Ranked and only got 4 packs for my Ranked Reward. I did not get the extra 7 Rare Cards and 1 Epic Card. Might be worth logging a ticket for this.

same here, was diamond r3 and did get bronze reward…lol. no packs etc

First time that I reached silver 5. Received 1 pack, but not the 3 rare cards.
Started playing end of november (was 2 days before end of expansion).
Didn’t see ane new cards in my collection either, except for the 2 from the pack.

I did get the star bonus 3 notification tho.

Same here, just popped up the ‘you got rank x’ screen and then the new card back - no packs, no rares, nothing

I was wild ranked diamond 5, standard ranked bronze 7 or something and seemed to get the bronze reward - which is nothing.

Same here and there is no support, they are simply denying it and calling it a mere graphical glitch.
