Im having this issue on Macbook Pro 16, M2
Having the same issue here, I’ve tried to connect on my phone but all my progress is gone but I’m still connected to my battle.net account. That is scary.
Hey Murloc, for that error you’ll need to try the steps from here.
Also try logging into your account from another device and connection as well as resetting your Blizzard account’s password for resyncing your Blizzard and game accounts.
If the issue still continues after that you can make a ticket and then this can be looked into further.
I also have the same problem and i did try to make a ticket, but i am under the impression that support doesn’t even read the tickets.
I explained this error happens in 2 different devices. It also persists in both wifi and cellular data. I can’t login and play in Europe but the game works great in Americas and Asias.
The solution support gave me? reset my pc/router/firewall. I am pretty sure they didn’t even read my ticket

Same issue none of the suggestions in the blue post helped. Likly related to a longer break and maybe even a paused update from way back when. Gonna try a reinstall but this is just sad.
edit* Reinstall did nothing. Brilliant so my account is either messed up due to being inactive between too many patches or god knows what.
I mean that’s pretty much evident that this is an issue coming from Blizzard’s side. They can ask to do everything to gain time but at the end of the day, it won’t fix anything.
I am getting the same error, and I can’t even submit a ticket

Please make an internal ticket and start troubleshooting on the account/server side.
I also have this error now, it’s clearly a problem on the server side / battle.net.
Have tried on both my PC and my Phone and get it on both and only on the EU server.
If I change to another region I can play normally but since no game progress transfers between regions this is not an option.
Tried all suggestions in older threads and tried deleting the game and reinstalling it and tried to use different internet connections but always the same error on EU server.

I also encountered the same problem, I tried three devices, and the corresponding solution. However, it is still not possible to log in to Hearthstone in Europe, but it is possible to log in to Hearthstone in Asia and America. However, my friend can log in his European server account at will, while mine can’t. Fortunately, there are people like me, I hope Blizzard customer service can help us solve this problem, thank you very much, please fix it faster, and can you compensate us with some gifts? Ye this is a known issue not sure why its happening again and its a fault on their side server/account related … and as always have to wait days for them to notice and then at least another day for a hotfix i love this company guess its a sign i should not come back to the game xD hope they fix it for u guys soon im no gonna wait for them to notice gl
Hey everyone, thanks for the further posts on this error with Hearthstone.
Since the initial reports in the start of this thread, we’ve been looking into the additional reports for that by ticket and currently our developers are looking into this further as mentioned here.
At the moment the normal workarounds for that error aren’t working and those may have been advised by ticket while this was still being reviewed in the earlier reports.
The error seems to be affecting some accounts attempting to connect to the EU region, though allowing play in other regions still. While that’s been looked into by our developers you may want to play in other regions temporarily.
I haven’t logged in Blizzard for more than 3 months due to work reasons. Yesterday, I tried to play Hearthstone and found this problem. I recharged $300 worth of items in my account, but I couldn’t use it, I was very sad. I am almost crying. I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible and compensate us for our loss.
its been a day so far and im still getting this error, ill be honest ive spent an embarrassingly long time playing Hearthstone and spending money on packs and i would be upset to lose it all due to this error code, Blizzard support please fix this soon
Having the same issue. Both on PC and IPhone. Any updates from support on when this will be resolved?
Changing region from Europe to Americas works. So clearly a bug for EU region.
