I’ve had the same problem for several days. Tried re-installing but this hasn’t resolved the issue.

Same problem here, also, unable to play in the arena mode. it says that it’s temporary disabled. At first i thought it was due to maintenance or something but it’s been several days and i can not figure out what causes the problem.
I’ve tried to reinstall the game twice, checked that i play in the correct region (Europe) and searched for various threads about the same issue but no luck.

Same here i contact with support reinstal game uninstal antivirus send log and screenshot nothing help im still waitung on solution

I’ve updated Hearthstone on another laptop running widows 11 and the shop is open.

Had the same problem untill i reinstalled:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86)

Shop is open again!

I’m still having this issue, for about 2- 3 weeks now. Did everything they ask and re-installed several times but nothing opens the shop… Still no simple solution?
