I can't even log in after the last update

I’m on PC, last update, agent also updated. HS doesn’t start properly.

When the Windows app starts, Hearthstone starts, displays: “Tables full”, 1-2 min to wait.

When that disappears, starts in either one of these 3 states:

  1. remains at the glowing pulsating HS logo and eventually dies
  2. after a while it times out with “can’t retrieve data from HS servers”
  3. it enters the main menu but nothing works except the “Quit” button on the right.

Windows 10 x64, 16GB, GTX 1060.

This issue should have been resolved by now. If you’re still stuck at the opening screen, please follow the steps mentioned in our Troubleshooting Connection and Latency Issues article, including the advanced troubleshooting if needed, and then, create a new thread.
