I can't log in, this has been the case for weeks

Hi i have been having this problem for a good few weeks now, most of the time i can’t log in and it times out, i get error codes like HS:CT;netcachedecks=0;netcachecollections=0;netcachecardvalues=1
I can log in on occasion for an hour but the rest of the day i can’t get anywhere, I have tried on my laptop and 2 different mobile phones and the same thing happens. This expansion experience has been completely ruined for me and i did drop some money on the expansion in hope it would be fixed soon.

I have tried everything suggested in the forums such as, reinstalling the game, deleting pretty much anything blizzard related from my computer from the local temp files and other places, tried making a new admin account. Nothing has worked and this is still very much an issue, my game was working fine until mid-late November, i could even play battlegrounds when it came out.

Also i cannot open a support ticket on your site, for some reason it just loads for hours.

I had a check and this seems to be a rare issue that’s been happening for some time. It has been forwarded for further investigation, but due to how rare it is, may take some time to be fully explained.
The following have helped -some- people but this isn’t a guaranteed fix:

  • delete the Hearthstone folder in C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Blizzard
  • delete the Blizzard Entertainment folder in C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow
