I just came home to a banned notification

Today I came home from work to log into my Blizzard account and can’t log into the game. The message says i am banned due to : conduct.

What?

All i did was accept a discount on the Google Play store, purchased a “mini pack” for $9.99 i believe, and paid the rest with my Google Play credits. When i attempted to log in, i didnt receive the purchase. So, i opened up a ticket to get a refund from both parties Google/Blizzard. Google refunded me instantly and Blizzard banned me for “conduct”. I mean, atleast they could have spoken to me as to why? I just made a purchase of runestones a week before and didn’t even use them yet. Also, ive spent hundreds if not into the thousands of dollars supprting the game since launch.

I dont understand at all. Why would i be banned for life, lose all that investment over a glitch with Google and Blizzard discount incentives?

Im so angry and want to know how/why id be banned for requesting in game credit or a refund. Its not like i was unprofessional.

Further, i keep reading that it takes about 20 or more tickets to be submitted to get help due to no live agents. Who has that kind of time? What is going on with this company, it used to be straight forward and moderatly simple to get help. Todays version is to simply ban a person? This is terrible and i cant belive im even writing this after spending thousands of dollars since 2006 supporting Blizzards products.

Im afraid to download WoW and see this ban notification there, it would completely break my heart.

Blizzard does not respond to ban inquiries and do not back down on bans. That is really unfortunate, but yeah…
