When playing it on a 75Hz monitor, the game caps to 60 fps. My PC is more than capable at running Hearthstone at 75 fps to match my monitor’s refresh rate.
Is there a way to increase this fps cap? If this is not possible to do from within the game, is there a configuration I could change in a file to do so?
Read on reddit that you can change the ‘options.txt’ in:
C:\Users*YOUR USER HERE\AppData\Local\Blizzard\Hearthstone
Adding these apparently work;
targetframerate=x (can be 0 for unlimited)
vsync= (0 or 1)
Have you found a solution by yourself yet, if so, what was it? I am not sure if those lines work.

I am playing on a 60 hz monitor, and when I uncap the framerate ( to 90, for example ), I get visible tearing during “screen shake” effects. I assume that, for this to work, VSync has to be disabled, right?
