Please try a full re-install of the Hearthstone App, and see if you can launch it properly again afterwards.

Tried to reinstall the app but did not work! Apple cannot do anything for me! Is there any thing else you can do for me?!

Please try the reinstall again following these steps:
Note: A few other players mentioned that flipping their iPhone in order to change their screen orientation helped - I don’t know if you already attempted this but if that’s not the case, please give it a try.

On my side, deleted the app re-installed it. Now it works just fine.
