Keep getting disconnected and "resuming to your game..."

Hello! Its beena round 2 weeks that whenever i play Standard Ranked games i after a while i keep getting disconnecting and then after a couple of seconds most of the times , i get the message " resuming to your game…" , but at that point i have already lost almost my whole turn, and till my next turn , i get again dc after dc after dc, i cant get to play one full game without disconnecting. After sometimes of doing this it disconnects completely from hearthstone and i get to lose my match and have to open the game back again.Others times,it just bugs in the game and i can hear the champions say that “time is running out” but it just gets stack there and i have to manually close the game. I dont have any internet issue or any other issue at any other game , so i guess it has to do with hearthstone.
I have cable connection also, i have tried flush DNS, repaired the game (said no need for repair), restarted my modem, and closing all the background apps, nothing helps.
Please help me, its unbearable.

This happened to me just now and I am stuck. Did you figure it out? I remember a long time ago the same thing happened and all I had to do was patiently wait it out till the game started w/o trying to reconnect.

The same thing has been happening to me for months. No fix, have tried EVERYTHING that was posted online.

I had the same problem for some weeks now… I tried the WinMTR run during a game with 3 dc’s and it gave me this:

Can a blizz employee analyze this and tell me whats wrong :S
Ps: I removed the “.” from net so that i could post this…

This is most often caused by old out of date deck tracking software. Based on your connection tests, your connection quality seems absolutely fine. I’d recommend checking your installations for Hearthsim etc and temporarily remove them. Typically just an uninstall is enough to resolve the issue and installing the most recent one will be fine.

If you do still have issues, please create a new thread. ^^
