Just want to share that I still have this bug where I’m infinitely stuck on the log in screen. Just in case anyone is looking into it.
Tried most of the “unexpected” solutions by people, nothing worked yet.
Realme phone.
Login issues on mobile are most commonly caused by either an unstable connection, or a corrupt game cache. So the first thing I’d suggest would be to try on WiFi if you’re using mobile data, or vice versa.
If you still have issues, then you can clean everything out of the App by uninstalling it, restarting your device, then reinstalling it.

Ive done that before and that didnt fix it.
That is VERY incorrect.
The issue is caused by hearthstone being programmed to open a browser window to log in.
THIS CLOSES THE GAME.
Due to being unable to return to the game, it just doesn’t.
This is a design flaw that Blizzard is failing to address properly.
On my phone, the login window was opening in a floating window. I removed the game’s permission to do that and to open in full screen, and after that I was able to log in.
