Mac - Can't open the game after update

The game is stuck on the starting screen.
Uninstalled and installed again, same thing.
Restarted wifi, same thing.
Help please!

me too. using a macbook pro osx yosemite 10.10.05
i tried reinstalling it too didnt work

The same here, I can’t load nothing more than the tavern doors. Same mac as olard93 has. Until the last patch it was all ok.

It’s the minimum requirements I think. It needs an update.

When I look at my computer, there is no update. I bought it in 2015 and it’s a Macbook Air 13". It really sucks because I cba buying a new computer just to play Hearthstone.

when i try to play hearthstone on my iphone it says “failed to get update.please check your network connection” i reinstalled game refreshed my internet and it still don`t work.

downloading osx mojave now, see if it helps. no updates show for me either, but you can DL mojave in app store by searching for it in the search field

It worked!! the error was due to the old OSX, i DLed Mojave and now HS is back and operational :smile:
