March of the Lich King Mega Pack bought but not provided

Hello,

I bought the March of the Lich King Mega Pack one week ago and i still don’t have the closed packs shown in the Open Packs category. The pay was of course processed, i have checked my bank application.

I tried reinstalling the game, using other devices and nothing changed.

Please help,
