I’m not able to craft Murky ( i got over 300 coins)… the animation works but after crafting he is not in my collection but in crafting again. Thank you for support.

It’s not just Murky. It’s Chromie too. Have over 300 coins and it won’t let me craft her.

Both have been free Mercenaries from the rewardstrack.
If you played during the relevant expansion you got them for free.
But that should not make them uncraftable if you missed them…
Still not fixed after half a year. I really wonder how hard that can be…
