Still having this issue… Can’t open the 33+ packs just sitting there.

Still says Mercenaries is new in fact. It is highlighted everytime I open the game.

I have 34 pack to open but unable to because it says that I need to complete mercenaries tutorial! but I am unable to find the button for me to do it. What can I do??
