So I completed both legendary quests and was opening the packs I got as reward but after opening what I belive was a year of the dragon pack I couldn’t open the remaining ones, so I restarted the game and I had lost 3 of them, 1 year of the dragon and 2 from ashes of outlands, if I’m not mistaken. What can I do?

If there is ever an issue while you’re busting open a pack, the pack itself may seem to have disappeared, but the contents of it would always be added directly to your collection.
So just head into your collection and check for cards with the New tag to find what you got. (Pro tip: you can actually use “new” as a search term to help find them)
