Missing Cards after change to Year of the Hydra

Me, and my roommate too, are missing all the cards that rotated out of the core set.
After opening HS yesterday and switching to the new year, some of my wild decks were missing cards (e.g. Baron Rivendare, Ancient of War, etc.). I got no dust refund.

I’m missing these too - but it looks like only golden versions. However, that means my only copy of Brightwing and Natalie Seline have disappeared from my collection. Please can these be reinstated.

My Natalie Seline golden and normal one are missing, and probably there are other cards, too…

Same here. Looks like all the cards you would get from levelling are missing. Possessed Villager and Ritual of Doom to name a few, their description says “Unknown, unlocked at level 1 (or whatever level”. I also can’t find them in the crafting menu, even if I look for uncraftable cards. If I look into my profile though, I’m still at the right level with all classes and the amount of wins also isn’t lost.

Core cards rotated out that I gained before they became core are still there for me.

same here, im missing Natalie Seline, i had her in a priest control deck now i cant play it… why did they take cards out??? this never happened to me before in the past

Are any of the cards that you no longer have ones that you owned before they became core cards?

If not, then you do not yet own them and would need to craft them.

i mean thats probably what happened, still, ive opened way too many packs since beta access of the game (i play since 2014), so im not sure if i crafted it, it was given to me in any event or quest, or that it became a ‘‘free’’ card and now its a crafteable card? but why or how do they make free cards and then they make them crafteable cards? are any new cards ‘‘free’’ this rotation that werent in the previous season? like the ones that are gone in this season

hello i am missing cards that i already had crafted before, for example, Ancient of War appears missing in my collection when i had him now i cant play my druid deck? help? does this happen every season? i lose cards when the season changes or…? my blizzard client ID is: Crevic#2867
