Missing Tavern Pass/Can't contact support

What should i do, the contact support option doest work for me…

I bought the Tavern Pass , money went through, they were taken from my account, but 4-5 days now still nothing. It said i already own the item…

I loged out then logged in ( im on mobile) and suprise, now it says i dont even own it and have to buy it again…

Those were a lot of money for my country and i really want the pass :confused: What should i do ?

I have the exact same problem. Money withdrawn from my bank account via Google Pay. No Tavern Pass still after 12 hours.
If I rebuy it, I get a message I already own it. Only purchased from Blizz 1 time before through telephone then it worked. Few months ago.
Some help would be grateful. Paying and not recieving the product is disheartening. Wont buy anything more if this doesnt get resolved.
