Hi there,
I have been a long time player and fan of Blizzard games, supported numerous games (HS, Wow, Hots, D3 etc) I’ve also spent quite a lot of money on your games and micro transactions, mainly in Hearthstone, check your records if you like but I’ve splashed out more than likely over £1000 supporting this game and I’ve never had a problem up until when you released the recent dual arena patch. Since then the game has continously crashed on my mobile device and I know your aware of the issue but its been over 3 weeks and its still not been fixed, this is not acceptable when you have paying customers to take so long for a company of your size.
I have spent a fair amount of money since then buying arena runs and the amount of times I’ve been disconnected and then lost a game or a run has ended prematurely has happened far too often.
Because of this I ask to be compensated in some way or reimbursed for the runs where I disconnected as I don’t feel I got what I paid for. I’m close to quitting the game after this awful experience the past 3 weeks.
I would appreciate a reply.
Thank you and I look forward to you fixing this bug and a reply.

I have been having the exact same issue, my phone is Huawei P30 lite, my connection is perfect, but the game still crashes midgame and during deck creation.
I wasn’t thinking about ranting, but the issue is seriously affecting my game experience
It’s a joke and for people who are playing with android phones it’s game breaking as you can’t really play the game at the moment with the frequency of the crashes/restarts and then the time it takes to reload the app (sometimes it just sends you back to the home screen without realising it had to reconnect you then it realises and tries to reconnect at that point you’ve missed your turn and lost the game). As I’ve said it’s been on going for almost a month now and no fix? Give me a break…I wouldn’t have even created this topic and asked for compensation if they fixed it in a reasonable time frame say 1-2 weeks but they haven’t and they are a massive company, absolutely disgusting customer care.
So I feel that compensation is in order not just for people like myself who have paid for arena via cash but also to the people who have paid with gold or for those who have lost a lot of ranks while grinding to legend because around 25% of their games will be lost due to this bug.
No reply off a Blizzard employee yet which isn’t a surprise because you normally have to find and blow the mythical horn of Gondor for them to appear.
We would appreciate a reply, an update on what you are doing to fix this issue and to address the compensation you owe paying and non paying customers.
I’ll keep bumping this topic until I get a response from a dev.

Having the same issue, I completely agree. Blizzard, do something with that. You will lose clients if your product is faulty. Forget about shiny new brawls and events and GET THIS FIXED!

So the dual class arena finishes today and in that entire time we have had no fix so players like myself who really enjoy dual class arena got punished due to this bug and lost value for money with the arena buys because you’ve taken so long to fix a game breaking bug and the funny thing is they still haven’t fixed it!
So what now, dual class arena gets taken out and all the problems that came with it now vanish including the bug possibly? If that’s the case and that was the plan then that’s pretty lazy and a lousy way of addressing such a problem.
Considering I posted this up a while back and still have not had a reply from tech support I’ll take it that I won’t be getting a reply and with that I will NEVER spend another penny on a Blizzard game from this point onwards, you’ve made a pretty penny from me over the years but that ends now, fed up now. I made quite a lot of micro transactions per month and supported this game from the beginning but there are plenty of other online games I can invest that money in and maybe those company’s will have the decency to reply.
Good day.
