Mobile disconnections on battlegrounds and losing rating

hello, i am sick of your crappy mobile Hearthstone client. It utter annoys me. Your client has big problems. I cannot play this. I wont even mention your bug on android systems where there were thousands of post. And problem was resolved only in whole month. It’s pathetic. The game exists already 5 years. You could make beautiful game engine but… I lose rating in battlegrounds bеcause of your crappy program and disconnections. Even if i have good connection sometimes i am disconnected and lose rank. Last boiling point was i search a battlegrounds game and cannot connect to it in other words searching not stoppable. I relaunch the game and cannot start new bg. And some time after I see that I lost rating.

I appreciate your answer so much, thank you but the problem it’s not me, not my network, not my device and etc the problem it is YOU (application). Okay i have a bad connection in most cases, but several times I have the best connection other apps worked fine and got disconnected and loses. I don’t understand why so bad connection low/medium connection/network error handling. I see eternal searching on the screen and cant stop it. The game was started and I can’t see nothing that tells me that something get wrong. Only solution is hard reset the game and still some time cannot start new BattleGround. Don’t get me wrong, I love this game I want to improve this, I hate bugs like this, like when app not workable about one month.

Same for me here on PC finding opponent screen rolls forever ( i waited 10 mins ) and nothing happened then i restarted hearthstone and i found out that my battlerounds rating went down a lot … so i assume game automatically gave me 8th place . How tf it happen if i even didnt got to the game? This happened a dozen times already i think i have lost about 1k rating because of this…

this problem still happening across all my devices, pc, phone, tablet

I have reinstalled my game 5 times now and even removed battlenet one time.
But the game is totally broken for me , i cant get into it…
on Phone it works fine , but i get the same connectionproblems when i play there, so i loose every 3rd match that way… cant be botherd using time on that
