Dear blizzard, it’s really cool that you have the time to launch hs battlegrounds, Diablo 4, ow2 and all that but how about you take a couple hours to solve your own screw up? Over the years I spent more than 500€ in this game and now a days I only get to play on my mobile so naturally I’ve been stuck in rank 12 for over a month cuz every other game the damn thing crashes. At least have the decensy of telling everyone on the forum that you just don’t care instead of being silent for so long.
