when ever i load my HS i get the loading screen andnothing else happens any help

Having the same issue on my PC for weeks now, the only solution is to restart pc.
well it spets out the old the 3000k something problem before going random falts
as usual turn the RanDooM account on now
Does tech support actually read this? how long is this going to last???

When the game is stuck at the loading screen, it’s usually a connection issue, the steps of this article might be ebough to solve the problem.
If it’s affecting a specific region only, you should :
- delete the Hearthstone folder located in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Blizzard
- delete the Blizzard Entertainment folder located in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow
For Mac users, it’s in ~/Library/Preferences/Blizzard.
Ensure showing hidden files pressing Command + shift + .(period)
