Netcahe problem the game crushes every time

HS:CT;NetCacheProfileNotices=0;NetCacheDcks=0;NetCacheCollection=0 it tells me than and then crushes cant start the game i did everything scan repair reinstall.nothing…PLZ help thank you

Could you try the steps mentioned below?

  • Exit both the game and the Battle.net app
  • Delete the folder named Blizzard Entertainment from C:\Users\ [YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow
  • Delete the folder named Hearthstone from C:\Users\ [YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Blizzard
