Thats right, I have more than 1500 wins with Paladin and my golden hero just disappeared from my list… it is showing up as grey… but I already had it… :\ How did this happen?

My 1000 win golden heros for Demon Hunter, Druid, Mage, Priest and Shamen have all disappeared (greyed out in collection).
My 1000 win Golden heros for Hunter, Paladin, Rogue, Warlock and Warrior have not disappeared.
How much money do we need to pay Blizzard to get these back?
I have the same problem.
The same problem here. ALL of my premium golden heroes are greyed out and not usable. Please fix this.
We are aware of this issue and it is being worked on.

Ok, thank you very much for your answer. 
By the way… are you not planning to give a hero skin for every more 500 wins? Since I am playing only Paladin and already have more than 1600 wins. That would give another goal for me and for everyone of course who wants to master one class… instead of playing multipple classes.
