No Arena gold reward added

Hi there,

I just finished my 3rd arena run with this bug.

situation: I finish an arena run and win some gold coins.
bug: Although I click on the coins they do NOT get added to my gold pool.
since: First time it occured back in june.

Soon I can not afford any more new run :<

Any suggestions? best

How exactly did you verify whether gold was added?

FYI, the arena rewards are added to your account the moment a run is ended - typically as soon as the 3rd loss or 12th win is complete. When you go to the screen where you click the key and open the boxes, you do not collect prizes, you reveal prizes that were already added in your account.

So what might happen is this: you are at 4-2, and start a game. You did not check your gold. If you had, you would know you have 1200 gold now.
You lose your game. The run is now 4-3, which ends it. The game rolls for prizes and one of them is 65 gold, which gets added to your account.
On your screen, you see the key for 4 prizes, and your total gold: 1265. If you had looked at the gold before the game, you would already know that one of the prizes is 65 gold. But you did not look before. And you are unaware of the mechanics. So you look now, you see 1265, and you falsely assume this is before the reward.
Then you click the key and the boxes to see your rewards. A pack, 10 dust, and 65 gold. But your total gold remains at 1265, you do not see it increase.
The reason you see no increase is that the increase was already there.

If you track your gold before each game starts, and then after finishing an Arena run no gold is added, then you have a bug. For bugs that are individual account issues, I suggest not using the forums but opening a customer support ticket. If you have screenshots showing the gold before you started the last game and after the run was ended, then those might help convince the customer support rep that something actually went wrong.

Anyway, I get what you describe. I am very sure of having looked at my total gold before the last game of the run.

So, I will take a screenshot next and open a customer support ticket next.
