Haven’t played hearthstone in years, a friend started playing so downloaded the game on desktop again. It was completely fine, had all my old stuff.
Then downloaded on mobile, logged in on same blizzard account (have the exact same gamer tag with number). Didn’t have any of my old decks, thought I needed to complete the apprentice track first to get access to my old stuff, did the whole track and have everything unlocked now. I crafted some cards on the mobile version to create a deck, the deck is not showing on desktop and none of the cards I crafted are present in the desktop version. I have different amounts of crafting essence on both versions.
Sorry for the rant but I have no idea what is going on here. Could anyone help out?
P.S.: When I played it years ago it was on mobile, never played it on desktop then and when I started again recently it was on desktop and everything was fine. Then I downloaded it again on smartphone and everything was missing.
Hi Grashnek, for your Hearthstone progression issue double check that you’re logging into the same region on both devices.
Each Blizzard account can play Hearthstone in multiple regions, but the progression and card collection between regions is separate.
Due to that it’s possible you’ve been logging into the same Blizzard account on both mobile and desktop, which is why the Battletag matches but logging into a different region on your mobile.
On your desktop open the Battle.net app, go to Hearthstone’s section and above the blue Play button you should see a world icon. Click that and it’ll show the region you have selected.
That’s the region your main progression is tied to, then on your mobile you can open Hearthstone and on the login screen in the upper right hand corner you should see option to change the region. Make sure that region matches the one your desktop was set to and then login.
That should make sure you’re playing in the same region and account on both devices, to have the same progression and card collection.
