Hi DoomVS, there is a guide for sorting the ‘playful sprites’ error message you’re getting, you can check that out here.
Doing the steps from that should help you to sort it.

I have the same problem. Installed this update on Friday:
Galaxy A70 (SM-A705FN)
Build Number : A705FNXXU5BTC2
Android version : Q(Android 10)
Release Date : 2020-04-02
Security patch level : 2020-02-01
Since then, I am stuck with the “playful sprites” message and cannot login to the game. The game cache clear, reinstall, etc… does not work.
Please solve this issue.

There is a solution for pc version… but for mobile version? I lose gold…

Same here.After the recent update , i cannot sign in to my account ( playful spirits error).i did all the possible fixes but nothing happens
Edit: after posting this, i ve tried to log in once again and it worked just once!The problem persists after that one time, indicating that this is not the mobiles fault???

I think i found a solution… it works here… try to connect to samsung pass… make your account active and get all update form there, and try again hearthstone… it works for me
Could you give more detailed explanation how to fix it. I am trying to play HS since Friday 
I cant login either. Tried re-installing the game 4 times. Tried making new account. Nothing works. Such a dissapointing event from Blizzard, specially its not the first time they encounter such situation

It brings me in but for one game… and after i leave and get in again it crashd
Its working but just workaround… clearing cache data after opening 3 times since login
