I opened a ticket and the response is that they won’t do anything about it

don’t spend money on this game blizzard won’t do anything if it disappears due to a bug

Could you clarify what happened? It’s not obvious from what you’ve written.

The last time I opened packs I took a screenshot of the disenchant all page,
about 2 weeks later this is what was missing from my account.

Blizzard support confirmed its a bug but won’t do anything about the missing cards

Same here. I was sitting on around 130k dust in duplicates. They introduced that frozen throne is moving to standard which was fine but now I have around 15k dust less…

same thing here, i had like 110k dust in duplicates, and now i have 55k. They steal

I know this is old thread but I just had 42k dust removed from my account after poP expac. Did anything ever come of missing dust? Blizzard not remotely interested in ticket.
