(PC) Game needs to be updated issue

Whenever I launch the game (PC) I get an error message to update heartstone. “Hearthstone has been updated! Please download the latest version”
I have auto updates on. I’m on version 16.0.5.383777
I have done the following;

  • I ran the manual update but it said I am on the latest version.
  • Ran the repair tool but no errors found
  • Reinstalled the game but issue persists
  • Checked mobile version and that works just fine
  • Updated drivers but still no go

Edit: The issue has seem to resolved itself as it finally decided to update.
