Game constantly crashes for seemingly no reason. Cannot make it through a turn in a normal hearthstone game without it black screening. Battlegrounds is the same.
Issues started two patches ago and have only gotten worse. This appears to be an issue with Pixel phones in general from what I’ve seen and read.
I didn’t pay money for rewards tracks to now not be able to do any quests due to crashes. Game causes pixel phones to overheat a tonne also.
I’ve got the same problem. Since the last big update for the miniset (Return to Naxxramaz) the Android client for Hearthstone isn’t usable anymore. The app always freezes when I open the collections screen, the screen eventually turns black, but it will not continue. It also freezes on random moments during regular online games. Only a force close and restart of the app helps in that case. It happens so often that it’s not playable, I’ve lost a few games because of it. I’ve already reinstalled the app, but that didn’t help.
I’ve got a Google Pixel 6 phone with Android 13. The game still works fine on my Apple iPad.
I hope that this bug will be fixed.
