Hi, I’ve played for years on iPhone. The game currently won’t start on cell network, but will on wifi. When on cell network it wants me to ‘please wait for download’ - but it never does. It does briefly flash up ‘no internet connection’ for about 1 second.
When I log in on my home wifi it logs in fine - doesn’t even look for data. If I then turn off wifi on my phone and try log in to HS straight after it again gets stuck in the same place (so it isn’t a case of just facilitating a download once).
Occassionally, HS updates are slow to come through and I usually bypass this by deleting and downloading from App store which fixes it. I have now done this twice and still get the same error!
Is anyone else having this problem?
