I have Bitdefender VPN, which does not allow connection to battle.net. I found out I need to use Split-Tunneling to allow me to play Hearthstone while my VPN is active.
It allows me to add either websites or applications to bipass the VPN.
So far I’ve enabled Battle.net Launcher.exe, Battle.net.exe, and Hearthstone.exe
this has allowed me to get further, I can sign in and be authorized, but now I’m stuck at “Battle.net Update Agent went to sleep.”

I think all I need is to add the Battle.net Update Agent .exe application to bypass my VPN to fix this. Anyone know where this would be located? Or called? If I at least know the name of the application I can just search for it.

never using Bitdefender again
