I have big issues on mobile devices (both iPad and iPhone). At the moment the game crashes about all 4-5 games. When I restart it, it tries to log back in, but it quits the app during this process. So I have to wait until the game is finished. The game will then be considered a defeat. I cleared the cache and reinstalled the game several times!
The problem existed before DoD. Since the patch, however, it has become untenable. Blizzard mentioned 1-2 months ago that they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. Until today the problem isn’t solved!
I understand that there may be technical issues from time to time. However, it is absolutely unacceptable for me if no solution for such big issues is offered for 1-2 months. Laddering is impossible for me at the moment as I’m losing non-stop games due to the problems described above. Especially annoying because I just put a lot of money into the new expansion and am not able to play it properly now.
I really expect a fix to be offered here as soon as possible!
Same issue here, was before the last patch and problem still exists in the new patch.
Often, what seems to trigger the crashes/disconnects is small OTA updates that begin while playing the game.

Sorry to hear, that you are having those issues. I would advise you to try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in here.
Thx Vossprey, at least you, the supporters, try to take the customer seriously. After 4 or 5 reinstallations it seems to work now (I think it’s just for the moment until the next update will destroy the app again).
But please let your developers, management, whoever know that instead of let the user do some workarounds they should fix the app as quick as possible (so that’s what we call customer service).
Exact same issue here, is there any better fix available then to keep trying reinstalls and restarts?
My game has started crashing at the start of most battle since the last update a coupe of days ago too
Hi , I’ve tried everything you’ve mentioned but game still crashes. This has only started happening on my iPad since the last update. Could you please look into this as I love the game but at the moment it is unplayable.

Same problem on a oneplus 6; crashes every 3 games. Some weird graphic glitch occurs most of the time proceeding the crash. Not only have I reinstalled the app, I wiped my android completely… Lot’s of lost matches or missing a complete round of battlegrounds when the app has to launch again. Sigh
