I have mistakenly pre-purchased descent of dragons on Asia server when my account is on Americas and Southeast Asia.
Have lodged a ticket with support, just want to know if they can transfer it to the right server region/ refund? anyone else done this?

As far as i’m aware, it’s not possible to transfer your pre-purchase to another server. However, you could try and ask for a refund, for example in a form of Blizzard account balance, so you can buy it for the correct server.
