Anyway to recover progress? Last time i played was around 2015 or 2016. Logged in today and everything was gone.

Double-check that you are logging into the correct region from the Battle.net app (Americas, Europe or Asia). If that is not the issue, I would double-check if you are logging in to the correct account.
After about a year of not playing I reinstalled the game and my whole progress and collection is missing. I checked the correct server and everything. I even spent money on that collection just to find that it was completely deleted?!
Oh and also my whole friend list was removed…
