I’m still playing Dalaran Heist on normal but now got the crowns above all available hero portraits on heroic on all 4 chapters. also for unfinished ones on normal. This happened after installing patch 14.4.

Me too! I had beat five heroic bosses in Chapter 1 and four of the heroic bosses in Chapter 2 but now have crowns above all unlocked bosses in Chapters 1-3. Happened after the patch for me as well. Hope they fix it soon.
Apparently they are aware and it’s only a visual bug
