Random (or it seems) crashes

Since a couple of days, Hearthstone crashes randomly during games with no error message (on PC).
I tried repair, reinstall, closing deck tracker. Same issue.
Here below the even viewer message :

My PC : AMD 5600X / AMD 6800 XT / 32Go DDR4. Graphics drivers and Windows 10 up-to-date.

Do you have any sound related applications running as this is often the cause for this sort of crash. Closing those will often do the trick.

Similarly, it could be worthwhile grabbing your AMD driver updates.

OK, I updated the AMD drivers that appeared today… It still crashes.
I do not have any sound related application in the background. And, as a reminder, it was perfectly working a few days ago. I do not use anything new.

Crashes seem to happen only during Battleground games though. I cannot remember a crash during “normal” games.

same happens to me since a couple of weeks, but Blizzard will never say its their fault, its always “check your pc”
